If you’re a Saga Blue Brie fan, you’ll find your favorite cheese here. We’ve brought this classic under the Castello umbrella, which means in a few months you’ll see the name ‘Castello’ above Saga Blue Brie on the label.
What else is changing?
We’ve brought production back to Saga’s native Denmark, where the cheese was first invented. We will now be able to offer you the authentic blue brie as it was first created. Brie with a kick of blue, and the rich flavor of Danish milk.
Our mission at Castello is to bring you the most authentic cheeses, and bringing Saga blue-brie home is part of that vision.

If you’re a fan of Saga Danish Style Blue, you’ll love Castello Danish Blue – the authentic, award-winning blue we’re known for.
If you like Saga Crumbled Blue, Camembert, or Brie, we recommend Castello Crumbled Blue, Camembert, or Brie. Castello will not be producing a gorgonzola.
