Warm melted Blue cheese, caramelized onions, and a sweet raisin accent make this recipe a great combination.
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the onion and cook slowly over low heat. Add the vinegar and continue cooking for a few minutes. Set aside.
2. Crumble the cheese and sprinkle over the bread slices. Place under the broiler and soften the cheese. Remove, top with the pickled onion and serve warm.
