We created this ravishing radish recipe for the Royal Wedding in England in April 2011. Obviously, you can keep the “belles” ringing all year round with this elegant party food.
1. Wash and cut the radishes in half, leaving some of the stem on each half.
2. Using a melon baller, scoop out the center of the radish, creating a pocket. Keep in cold water until ready to use.
3. Combine lemon zest with hazelnuts and garlic. Toss together and set aside until ready to serve.
4. Shave the cheese. Place shavings into the pocket of each radish and then spoon hazelnuts into the radish pockets.
