Creamy Brie & Apple Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Every warm bite is filled with the soft creamy texture of brie and the crisp snap of apple. Perfect for any autumn get together.
Makes 12 sandwiches
- 24 slices cocktail bread
- 1 honey crisp or favorite apple, thinly sliced
- 1 10-ounce round Danish Brie, chilled and thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- ¼ cup butter, room temperature
Top 12 bread slices with a piece of apple and brie. Sprinkle with rosemary and arrange remaining bread slices on top. Butter sandwich on both sides and pan fry over medium heat until bread browns and cheese melts, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve while warm.
