1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Beat the sugar with the cream cheese and Blue cheese. Add the eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla. Toss with noodles and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
2. Prepare the topping: Combine the apples, corn flakes, sugar and cinnamon. Spread topping over the noodle mixture.
3. Bake until top is golden and crunchy, about 60 minutes. Allow to set before serving.
