Flatbread Pizza with Chorizo
Makes 4 servings
At the House of Castello, we don’t serve pizza, we serve flatbreads drizzled with oil and layered with flavorful goodies. Never settle.
Ingredients
- 1 Italian style flatbread, cut into 4 pieces
- 4 medium sized tomatoes, sliced
- 4 ounces Chorizo sausage, diced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 4 ounces Castello-Rosenborg® Extra Creamy Danish Blue cheese in oil
- Drizzle olive oil from jar
For this recipe, you can use a pizza stone or regular baking sheet.
Directions
1. Place the bread onto a baking sheet and drizzle with oil from jar.
2. Place tomatoes on top and then the sausage, peppers and cheese.
3. Bake in a preheated oven, 400°F, for 8-10 minutes until brown and crisp.
