Saga Blue Brie adds a touch of creamy delight to this version of Cuban finger sandwiches.
Slice the bread open lengthwise and spread both sides with mustard. Layer the cheese, pickle, ham and finish with another thin layer of Blue Brie on one piece of the bread. Close sandwich with remaining piece. Cut it three equal pieces.
Press or grill the sandwiches until the cheese begins to melt, about 4 minutes. Cut sandwiches into 1½-inch wide pieces and serve while warm.
