An easy appetizer that looks fabulous. No cooking required!
1. Blend the cream cheese and Blue cheese until smooth; set aside.
2. Line a baking pan with plastic wrap. Arrange two layers of prosciutto slices in an 8 x 12” rectangle on top of the plastic wrap. Spread blue cheese mixture evenly over the prosciutto. Sprinkle parsley over cheese mixture and roll prosciutto like a jellyroll. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
3. Cut roll into thin slices and serve on 3/4” baguette rounds.
