1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut the bread into 4 triangles and dip into the melted butter. Arrange in a greased oven-proof dish. Scatter over the cheese and ham.
3. Beat the eggs with the milk and seasonings and pour through a sieve over the bread, ham, and cheese.
