The salty sweet combination of blue cheese and nuts makes an excellent topping for savory steak.
Combine the cheese and butter with the grapes, walnuts, shallots and rosemary. Set aside.
Prepare the grill or broiler. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Grill for 6 minutes on each side for medium, or cook to desired doneness. When ready, remove from heat and top immediately with a spoonful of the blue cheese topping.
